​Matt advises on a variety of transactions such as licensing, collaborations, joint ventures, mergers/acquisitions, and other commercial arrangements. Matt was a partner at WolfeSBMC, an intellectual property and corporate law firm where he advised Fortune 500 clients on commercial transactions and intellectual property matters. Matt was also a foreign associate at leading Argentine law firm Estudio Beccar Varela, where he worked in the corporate group on international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and technology deals.

Beyond his work as an attorney, Matt has been a partner at strategic advisory firms focused on identifying and closing transactions to expand business and achieve growth. He also owns and operates an impact solar development company where he leads project origination and development.

Matt is admitted to practice law in New York.
